How To Instal:

Turn off your antivirus because some antivirus such as MSE regard Patch file as a virus, is actually not a virus, just a false alarm only.
Download IDM and patch through the link above.
Extract the file you have downloaded earlier with WinRar
Run the installer IDM, then install as normal.
If so, check the system tray icon, if muncuy IDM, right click> Exit.
Open the Patch folder, then copy the patches on your premises IDM meninstal earlier, (eg in C :) C; / Program Files / Internet Download Manager, then continue.
